I am way too fat and i REALLY have to lose some weight, my doctor told me as well. My Blood pressure is not great, my blood sugar is way too high and my liver hates all the Fat I love. We also try to have kids right now and i really hate the idea of being a fat parent, I already stopped smoking a while ago for this reason and so it was time to change my life once again.
I will update this site once a week (Sundays) if you did not notice yet by the dates pre-typed below.
